Mladí ladí jazz Open Air 2026 is coming to the Exhibition Grounds for the first time this year!

The first Prague open-air event of 2026 is here. Celebrate the start of the festival season, Walpurgis Night, and International Jazz Day all in one day! You can look forward to singer-songwriter Oscar Jerome, Italian singer Coca Puma, British brass band New Car Smell, and the Czech band Osmosis. April 30 at the Prague Exhibition Grounds.

Admission is by donation, but you can support the event on GoOut.

Oscar Jerome (UK)

Oscar Jerome is a former member of the acclaimed band Kokoroko. In his solo work, he refines his original sound, which transcends genre boundaries. His distinctive guitar playing can be heard throughout the London music scene, both through his collaborations and his influence on other musicians. His music draws equally from the grooves of Prince and Jimi Hendrix, the folk storytelling of John Martyn, and the production of Q-Tip, blending various styles.

He recently released his third solo album, titled *The Fork*, and you’ll get to hear songs from it—and more—on April 30!

Coca Puma (IT)

Costanza Puma, also known as Coca Puma, is an Italian composer, keyboardist, singer, and producer born in Rome in 1998. Her eclectic musical style is a hybrid blend of nu-jazz, electronic, dream pop, ambient, post-rock, soul, and R&B—you’re sure to fall in love with it.

New Car Smell (UK)

Take a three-piece brass band inspired by Too Many Zooz or Moon Hooch, add a dash of punk, and you get the British band New Car Smell! Need we say more? Let’s party!

Osmosis (CZ)

Osmosis is a quintet whose music is based on the distinctive compositions of František Kukula and Robin Galia. Their compositions are influenced not only by jazz, but also by electronic, pop, and contemporary classical music. On the Czech scene, Osmosis stands out with its unique sound, which allows them to transition from a classic jazz quintet to psychedelic rock within the course of a single piece.
