Young Jazzers kick off the 2026 program! A unique Czechia-Scotland project will premiere at Jazz Dock.
Dusová/Watson/Henderson
Saxophonist Nela Dusová, double bassist Ali Watson, and drummer Stephen Henderson reunite on stage in a unique international trio that combines traditional jazz roots with contemporary sound, Scottish melody, and improvisation. Their music is based on sensitive interplay, openness, and mutual dialogue between three distinctive personalities of the Czech and Scottish jazz scenes.
The project was created as a special collaboration between the organizations Mladí ladí jazz and the Edinburgh Jazz Festival in 2024 – the Year of Czech Music.
The trio will perform in Prague for the very first time!

A singer and guitarist in a chamber duo based on original compositions, jazz standards, and Czech chansons in the spirit of Zuzana Navarová and Hana Hegerová.
