You can look forward to a fusion of traditional jazz with funk, Latin, and electronic music—from virtuoso improvisations and genre experiments to emotional blues. Among others, the German band YÆLLEE will perform on the first day on the festival’s second stage!
Yællee is a band from Leipzig led by singer and composer Yelena Mashkayan, who combines neo-soul, jazz, and Armenian folklore into a deep, emotionally charged musical expression. The group focuses exclusively on its own compositions, which reflect personal stories, improvisational freedom, and the strong musical bond between the band members. Their music is intimate and energetic, poetic and explosive—radiating power, emotion, and creativity. Thanks to their instrumentation (vocals, piano, guitar, double bass, drums, flute, visuals), Yællee creates a rich and layered soundscape.
