3. lekce: Kdopak je ten pán? Melounový pán!
Společně se zvířecími kamarády krávou a ptáčkem se naučíme něco víc o výšce tónu a o tom, jaký je rozdíl mezi melodií a akordem. Na chvíli se vrátíme i do Afriky a po všem tom dobrodružství se necháme ukolébat písničkou Mali Sajo.
Tento workshop vychází z interaktivních koncertů Timbalooloo izraelsko-amerického klarinetisty, spoludržitele ceny Grammy a tvůrce metody Timbalooloo, které již 10 let pořádá Nerudný fest v ČR pro děti a jejich rodiče. Celým workshopem vás a vaše děti provedou speciálně proškolení lektoři.
Všechny lekce jsou interaktivní a jsou určeny pro děti ve věku 3–7 let.
Série 4 lekcí proběhne vždy od 16:00 hodin v těchto termínech: 22. a 29. 9. 2024, 6. a 13. 10. 2024. Účast na všech 4 lekcích samozřejmě není podmínkou.

2. lekce: Šťastné Djembe!
Ve druhé lekci budeme pokračovat v cestách s našim africkým kamarádem Djembe, díky kterému se dozvíme, jak se djembe vlastně vyrábí. Co myslíte, že takové Djembe dělá, když je šťastné? A co děláte vy? Přijďte se s námi o tu radost podělit.

Přijďte si s námi zazpívat, zatančit, zjistit, jakým jazykem se mluví v Mali a dozvědět se mnoho dalšího. Společně si zazpíváme i skladby jako jsou Iko, Iko, Jingo Ba nebo ukolébavku Mali Sajo.

Member of the band Bajofondo, composer of The Last of Us soundtrack and winner of 2 Oscars and Grammy Awards returns to Prague after 15 years!
Gustavo Santaolalla is a composer from Argentinyl and winner of 2 Grammy Awards, who became famous for his great soundtracks for The Last of Us and films such as Brokeback Mountain, Babel and On the Road.
Gustavo has been living in Los Angeles for many years, where he has released 3 solo albums and he will present a cross-section of his solo work in Prague this autumn! Experience a unique concert and the combination of Gustavo’s personality and the magical spaces of Prague’s Municipal House.

After its Czech premiere at Mladí ladí fest 2023, the Belgian electronic storm ECHT! is coming back to Prague!
ECHT!
Belgians ECHT! are all rooted in jazz and mix electronic and hip-hop into their music. But it’s all live, using instruments and the human element. ECHT! are known for their explosive live shows, as evidenced by the fact that our dramaturgs booked them for the Young Tunes Fest after seeing them play at the Eurosonic showcase.
During 2020, the band won an award from Red Bull Elektropedia in the “Fresh on the Scene” competition and is gradually building a growing reputation across Europe.
Fun fact! No one in the band is originally from Brussels. Bassist Federico Pecoraro is from Italy, keyboardist Dorian Dumont is from France and drummer Martin Méreau and guitarist Florent Jeunieaux are from Mons, Belgium. Interesting, isn’t it? Check out their first Prague solo show!

Blue Lab Beats are a British duo who started out literally as bedroom producers. But through remixes of Dua Lipa and Rag’N’Bone Man, they’ve racked up over 50 million streams of their own work, and this fall they’ll show you why in Prague!
Tamara Kramar
Personality, naturalness and great songwriting. Tamara Kramar is a soul-pop singer, songwriter and producer from Slovakia. She has two projects, her debut EP Bachelor of Science and a new mini-album Make It Poetic, which she produced herself. Since then she has won the Radio_Head Award for Discovery of the Year, appeared on a Times Square billboard and is currently working on new music in her studio at Berklee College of Music in New York, where she recently moved after five years in the UK.

Colin Stetson{US} | Mladí ladí jazz 2024
The author of the soundtracks for Red Dead Redemption II and The Menu will perform in Prague in October!
American saxophonist and former wrestler Colin Stetson has recorded with Lou Reed, LCD Soundsystem, The National, Chemical Brothers, Bon Iver and toured with Arcade Fire.
But that’s not enough for him, so he also records his own records with his unmistakable sound of psychedelic saxophone surfaces and spacey synths, which you can hear on his breakthrough album New History Warfare Vol. 1. Colin is also the author of the soundtracks for the now legendary game Red Dead Redemption II and the movie The Menu.
Colin Stetson will perform at the magical premises of Prague’s Sacred Heart Church on Jiřího z Poděbrad Square, so the experience is guaranteed.

Irish music scene discovery Negro Impacto for the first time in the Czech Republic!
Negro Impacto
Irish duo from the small town of Dundalk, consisting of singer Chi Chi and producer Laurence. With their mix of neo-soul, r’n’b, rock and funk, they are often compared to WILLOW, The Internet and Erykah Badu.
But Negro Impacto’s authenticity is certainly not lacking, as evidenced by their participation in festivals such as Electric Picnic and Forbidden Fruit. Come discover them with us!
Luciana
Goosebumps, charisma and lightness. The Prague-Brno band Luciana was formed in 2019 as a fusion of the charismatic soul singer Luciana Tomášová and Brno musicians – Jury Habarta (Ghost Of You, Čau Česko), Vojtěch Vaida (Phoibos, Lydian project) and David Pšenčík (Acute Dose, David Invalid & Individual Band). An unmistakable voice, delicate lyrics, jazz drums and lo-fi instrumentals, that’s all Luciana.

Ostblock Cooperative (AT)
Kolektiv tří muzikantů, který sdílej svoji vášeň pro groove a vlivy zakořeněný v afroamerickejch hudebních stylech, jako jsou jazz, gospel, hip hop, funk a elektronická hudba. Tahle kapela se dala do kupy během jazzovejch studií v Rakousku,ale žádný studentský funky to rozhodně není! Groovy, skills a radost z hudby!
North Bohemian Quartet
Jazzový uskupení ze Severních Čech. Jejich žánrově bohatej program vyniká osobitou energií a improvizací a každej ze členů přináší svůj individuální hudební přístup. Na koncertě v Jazz Docku představí svoje debutový album s názvem Homeland.
Akce se koná za podpory Ministerstva kultury České republiky a Městské části Praha 5, projekt je realizován za finanční spoluúčasti EU prostřednictvím Národního plánu obnovy a Ministerstva kultury. Dále je akce podpořena v rámci dotace MHMP na celoroční činnost organizace Nerudný fest, která pořádá festivaly Mladí ladí jazz, Praha žije hudbou, Koncert pro budoucnost a Student Fest, a to ve výši 3.500.000 Kč.

Prague’s biggest jazz open air will fill Charles Square for the seventh time this year! Come celebrate International Jazz Day with us at the first spring festival in the centre of Prague!
Admission is free again this year. But every fun costs something and culture costs as much! If you enjoy the whole event and want to support us, you can buy a virtual ticket on GoOut.cz and contribute to the costs associated with the organization of Open Air.

Jazzanova (DE)
Jazzanova is a group of six Berlin-based DJs and producers consisting of Alexander Barck, Claas Brieler, Jürgen von Knoblauch, Roskow Kretschmann, Stefan Leisering and Axel Reinemer. Formed in 1995, the group is one of the leading exponents of nu-jazz, chillout and jazz house.
Prago Union live band & Krotitelé Dechů
The legendary Prago Union, backed by Adam Svatos aka Kato, probably needs no introduction. Special instrumentals and great rap lyrics full of metaphors and turns of phrase that get stuck in your head. Especially at this year’s Open Air, Prago will perform together with the brass band Krotitelé Dechů!
Don Kapot (BE)
Don Kapot is a lifeboat of free jazz, afrobeat and krautpunk, sailed together by Giotis Damianidis (bass guitar, guitar), Viktor Perdieus (baritone saxophone, keyboards) and Jakob Warmenbol (drums). This trio has already made a name for itself on the Belgian scene, and now they’re coming to make it at the Young Tunes Jazz Open Air.

A German band that isn’t afraid to step away from jazz and fusion for trap beats, Middle Eastern sounds or African folklore, which earned them a win in our Jazzfruit jazz talent contest!
